Many issues plagued this stay. From mismanaged laundry services ruining our clothes to a confusing payment process, it was stressful. The staff offered little in terms of solutions to our disappointments. With such inadequate service and frustrating experiences, it's better to seek other options for a smooth vacation.

Location was amazing, just two minutes from the beach. Our room was clean and had a good shower, perfect for after snorkeling right in front of the place. Breakfast included was a nice perk.

I was very disappointed with the staff's attitude. On multiple occasions, the kitchen staff was unhelpful and dismissive, which really marred my stay. Additionally, there was a significant issue with payment and communication regarding room charges, leaving me feeling stressed and unwanted as a guest.

oh, how dissappointing! Had a noisy fan outside my room, and to top it off, they didn’t even honor my request for a room upgrade after my unsatisfactory stay. I almost gave a good review, but how can I when it felt like they were taking advantage of me as a tourist? !

We had an awesome stay, especially enjoying the fantastic snorkeling right in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly, particularly Jessica who helped us with wetsuits on short notice. Our room was comfortable and had a good shower, which was a plus for our teens.

My wife says that a better breakfast selection would have made our mornings more enjoyable.

Relaxing by the pool and taking short walks to the beach were perfect ways to unwind. The only minor hiccup was the WiFi being a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t really dampen my experience. 🏖️

Good place with great wi-fi, air conditioning, and a relaxing bar/lounge area. The staff helped me with directions on my first stay. I recommend trying the snorkeling. I'm coming back for a business trip.

It was just a prime choice for a swift visit in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno with great value for money. The front desk staff were really helpful and went the extra mile to pack us breakfast to go since we had early excursions. Pick a water view room if you can for a better experience.

i recently stayed at la zayapa for 2 nights, and it exceeded my expectations. the room was large, super clean, and had excellent air conditioning. the location was unbeatable, right on the beach and a short walk to the pier.
